Martha
For over 35 years, Martha has been a pioneering entrepreneur, with a passion for helping other women find their voice and succeed in the workplace. During her career, she has tried, failed, succeeded, and learned an incredible amount along the way.
After starting a successful real estate business, Martha launched the development of a commercial portfolio, and carried it intact through the 2008 recession. As a foray into other business sectors, she partnered with an established company to create and manufacture a jewelry line – which then went under!
After the ill-fated jewelry business, Martha dusted herself off and became a founding member and past president of Commercial Real Estate Women – Northern Virginia, which has since joined sister organizations to become a national network. Martha has also served on nonprofit boards in key positions.
Continuously striving to stay ahead of change, Martha has been operating in the virtual meeting world – learning how to be heard online, and teaching other women to do the same – well before the current COVID-19 mandates. She looks forward to sharing her hard-won expertise and insights with the next generation of female leaders!

An aerospace engineer with two successful startups under his belt, Scott enjoys keeping up with and staying at the forefront of the latest technology trends. While running his startups with 100% remote staffing, he learned and implemented many techniques for successful online meeting management.

Susan has mastered how to communicate effectively, maintain and build business relationships through online means – and yet also not consistently be tied to her computer. With a background in hospitality management, she also has a proven track record in fundraising and sales within the educational sector.

After years of study in China, Kelly moved back to the United States for a Master’s degree at Columbia University and today works in environmental protection. A former journalist turned public relations guru, Kelly is well-versed in the art of communication across different media, audiences, and cultures. Her passion is helping others communicate for success.
